As a community based directory, listings are open to all businesses from the Sri Lankan community in Australia.

By listing your business on this website, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned herein. We reserve the right to remove any unreasonable posting without prior notice.

In most cases, listings are rejected due to the company name not being entered or the company is not within the Sri Lankan community in Australia. We only accept companies with Sri Lankan origin and with proper names. Please do not mention text such as ‘plumbers Melbourne’, or any other generic term. We reserve the right not to give any reasons for the refusal if you have breached these terms.

By listing your business on this website, you confirm and agree to:

1) Submit an Australian businesses with Sri Lankan origins only.

2) Use your registered or trading company name for the ‘Business Name’.

3) Submit your business to the most accurate category.

4) Provide a relevant and meaningful description that is relevant to your business.

5) Not to use this website for link building.

6) Not to use inappropriate CAPITALIZATION of words i.e. please don't input all CAPS for any fields.

6) Use keywords appropriately and only applicable to your business.

7) Provide a detailed description about your business. We reject submissions with a few words.

8) Enter your accurate business or trading address.

9) Not to submit websites that are incomplete (or under construction).

10) Provide at least one telephone number of the business.

11) Not to list any adult only business or one that promotes violence, hatred, fraud, selling pirated software, drugs or any other illegal substance or activity.

12) Provide the correct business category and main category. Selecting an incorrect category would lead to bad user experience and inaccurate information.

13) Not to submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain duplicate content, but have different URLs.

14) Check if your business’s website, if you have one, meets Search Engine Guidelines.

We reserve the right to make any changes in the title, description or keywords or the image of your business listing.

As a user, you agree to any information you enter being stored in a database. We may remove, reject or edit listings at our discretion for any reason.

When you submit your business to www.srilankabusiness.com.au you accept that your company can be reviewed by customers and other users of the site. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we believe have not been posted by the customers themselves or where we believe the reviews may not be genuine.

We do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness or performance of your business or its website or any of the content. Whilst we do try to ensure that all content featured on the website is correct at the time of publication, no responsibility is accepted by www.srilankabusiness.com.au for any errors, omissions or inaccurate content on the website.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, as a result of you using the information provided on the website, nor does www.srilankabusiness.com.au guarantee the suitability or quality of any products or services featured on the Website.
